David & Joyce Wheatley purchased the home that formerly housed Heart To Heart in June, 2006 and changed the name to The Heart House.

The main focus of the business is to provide a destination shopping location, a place to purchase gifts and luxury items without traveling to Springfield or Kansas City.

The Heart House is a fine gift and more store featuring Yankee Candles, Sweetgrass Farms, Burt's Bees, Rosanna giftware, Demdaco and many more. Custom made gift baskets are also available. There is a room upstairs called "Nora's Nook" where it's all about little girls!!

The Heart House provides a unique shopping experience appealing to all of a customers senses, with soft music, available for purchase, an explosion of tempting fragrances, beautiful handmade home decor for pleasing the eye and wonderful sampling every Friday and Saturday to tempt the palate.
