Students
from Drury University School of Architecture in conjunction
with the Osceola Downtown Connection will be working on a Vision Plan for
the city of Osceola. This was recently done for Appleton City, Montrose and
Hermitage. Recently they have been touring the city and river area.
This vision plan can and will be used by local agencies, organizations and
municipalities to obtain grants and funding for future projects featured in
this plan.
Read about how this program was written into the
curriculum at Drury University and also how Warsaw, MO and Webb City,
MO successfully used the plan to apply for grants by visiting
